"This company claims to be a "top notch online laptop battery store", they are nothing even close! For me, they shipped the incorrect battery not once but twice. When using their on-line customer service portal to attempt to resolve these issue, they wouldn't even respond; all contact with the company's "customer service" department had to be initiated by me.

When I called after posting several times about their latest incorrect shipment, they didn't even have the correct battery in-store for my laptop. Their only means of resolving this issue was to state they would issue a refund only after receiving their second, incorrect, battery back. My feeling is that I trusted them not once, but twice, to send me the correct order, and now they won't trust me to return a battery which I cannot even use? Seriously, customer service? I think not!

Finally, when attempting to resolve the refund issue, asking for an immediate refund so I could buy a replacement battery tonight (instead of having to wait until this company decided to issue their refund), their general manager was VERY derogatory and condescending in telling me that she would not even consider it.

Being an IT director, one of my direct reports recommended this company, since he uses them to purchase replacement batteries for my company. I will never again approve one of those purchase orders! "
