"battery fit my computer but was completely dead and would not charge? It also keep my a/c adapter/charger from working, I put the old battery back in and my computer works fine but only 1 hour of charge. I have asked for a refund and received a ticket number I.D. REE89088 I'm still waiting for a RMA ,number,so I can return it.
