"I am not thrilled about the customer service at all. There has been a plethora of emails from them to me and back, because it was not enough that I was not happy with the product (I mistakenly ordered the wrong size, which I admitted to them) they made me send them all kinds of pictures of the battery, the serial number, make and model, etc...

I finally got the OK to return the battery (at my cost) and was told to provide them the tracking number.

I did that, 11/2, on 11/6 the tracking showed that they had received it, and it is now 11/12, and I am still waiting on my refund.

I will not do business with this vendor ever again due to the customer service alone.

"The battery delivery came as expected, but the battery didn't work. It showed as being charged, and the charge level registered at 100%, but when I disconnect my power plug, the laptop dies. I put my old battery back in, which gives me about 15 minutes of power, unplugged. Its almost 4 years old, and tired. Hence trying to get a new battery.....

They are offering to replace it......"
