"I am very disappointed in this reseller. I had the same pair of shoes for over a year a decided to buy them again, this time from Gotham City Online. As soon as I put them on, I noticed one shoe sounded different when walking, but thought nothing of it. Within 2 hours at work where I was sitting 95% of the time, the heel separated from the shoe and made it unwearable. Gotham City would not take it back even if it was a manufacturing defect. They gave me 10% credit towards their store, but it's pointless because I will not shop there again."
