"I bought my certified refurb £800 laptop which their website says should come as follows: "ASUS Official Certified Refurbished. They are professionally tested and restored to Factory default state. Cosmetically they may bear small marks or dents, that would not hinder functionality." Instead the product arrived in a very poor condition, heavily scratched, with FIVE GAMES installed on it (!), overheated the moment you switched it off and making a very loud, unbearable noise. When I raised a complaint I have been told that it is normal! I have not yet received a refund and the customer services has been dreadful! I would give a zero star.
Avoid at all costs! A bunch of cons using dishonest online advertising to deceive customers!
