"I purchased a charger from them but it did not fit my laptop for some reason. It was the correct model number provided on the laptop too. So they told me to return it but....
Here’s the backstory:
First off, website looks legit and professional. Looks like you are buying from an American company (I am Chinese). So I took the chance.
Purchased it online for $24 and waiting for an email confirmation (went to junk mail at first) but it did not show delivery date so I contacted them via website. I got an email days later from some spammy looking email address (didn’t even have company name on it) looking like some Chinese guy trying to send me a virus. Horrible grammar and spelling was incorrect. Didn’t look legit it all. I actually deleted it because it looked so unprofessional. So contacted again and got another email but also super unprofessional, Chinese bad grammar. But I realized it was from this company. (Haha I know my grammar is not great on this review but I’m just lazy).
Anyhow, after I finally received the product about two weeks later (wtf), and the return address is from a city in California, USA.
I opened the product and it did not fit. So I go back and forth with them via email (pretty quick responses, good communication) and they say return it.
Come to realiZe they want me to ship it to China, even though return address said California. So I agree with the other bad review that I just read... it costs more to ship it back than the actual price of the product. Very deceiving. USA looking company but bad China products. (Again I’m Chinese too but I don’t like getting ripped off).
Very disappointed with this company. Waste of $24 and a lot of time "
"Their web site stated that we would be getting Original Dell power adapters. Waited about 2 weeks for the product to come from China. They are cheap imitations. Opened a dispute with PayPal. They said to send the adapters back. It would cost me almost as much to ship them to China, than I paid for them in the first place. Do not buy from Chinese suppliers! I went on Dells web site, ordered the items, and had Genuine Dell adapters in 2 days.
