The company has replied to my review and this is my response:
I paid for and completed my order via Paypal. I placed my notes in the section that says "Instructions to merchant" not payment notes. If they claim that they don't view the instructions then that seems like an issue that they need to fix. How am I to determine which instructions will be read and which will be ignored?
Further-more, when I contacted them through their after-sale support on the day I received my package, and explained the situation their replies were essentially:

I had explained to them the situation and that I did not want to have to deal with a defective screen, warranty replacements,paying for shipping charges, and multiple installations and removals. That was the point of including instructions in the first place.
I stand by my original statement that the support staff was not helpful in resolving my issue.
To their credit, after my review I did receive a follow-up message from their customer support that was very attentive. I appreciate that response. I do not appreciate that their reply to my review here is ten times longer, and more detailed than any previous response that their customer support team provided me. It seems that they have a better team for responding to reviews than for responding to support issues."

“Customer placed an order on our website and did not fill out the order notes. Order notes are never ignored. The note customer is referring to was a payment note that was entered on PayPal's website, which unfortunately does not get in-front of the eyes of the processing staff (unlike our own website's actual order notes).
Further-more, the "issue" customer is talking about would have been best dealt with prior to ordering: we offer free telephone, chat and e-mail-ticket support options before, during and after-sale. The concern customer is trying to address is in-connection with a specific LCD model that may have a design issue that causes pre-mature failure in short time-frames.
All of our screens are covered by a 3 year manufacturer defects warranty, and we will be glad to replace the screen customer purchased from us should it develop any such failure with-in the 3 years.
