"First off, my initial "holy ^%$#, that can't be right" was when I looked up a replacement for my high def touchscreen on a 15" Dell. I was mentally prepared for a $500ish cost, I doubt I even considered anyway it could be as cheap as $200 or so. I probably would have though that was a steal lol. Their price? $72. My week was made.

The customer service has been 10 out 5 stars easy. I ordered a screen assuming a non-touch version would still be a drop in replacement ... my assumption was the new non touch screen would simply not offer touch abilities which not even an issue for me - I seriously have never once even played with the touch abilities. I was wrong. It take an extra 10 pins to add touch functions as well, so my new screen and its 30 pin port were never going to attach to a 40 pin ribbon cable.

In maybe 10 min John had verified my exact screen model number, setup a replacement screen, and emailed me a return label I can print to send the incorrectly ordered screen to them while my proper fitting screen to sent to me. It simply could not have been done any better, or by a more knowledgeable and genuinely friendly person than John. Some people you can hear smile, and he is one. Regardless of how long, difficult, or frustrating his day may have been there was no it would ever be in his voice. I've done phone support - trust me it is a skill to consistently provide his level of service. It is easy to slip and allow your mood to color a conversation even if that particular call is going perfectly. I would consider him a huge asset to this company.

The best present? The correct screen is not only NOT more extensive (it seemed obvious a screen the same in every way except it also had extra capabilities would be many dollars more). Wrong again. $4 LESS for the replacement.

Last bonus surprise was the initial order was Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. So I had the order placed, and was expecting it to ship sometime Tues morning, the next business day. Monday early afternoon I get a "Your order has shipped" email with tracking info, etc. Yet another exceeded expectation! Seriously at every step they have not only given expected service - they have delivered well over and above that.
