Customer incorrectly states that our return period is 10 days. We accept returns with-in 45 days of purchase for any reason other than physical damage.
Customer placed an order an LCD on Nov 24, it was delivered on Dec 1. Customer called us on Dec 27 and reported that the parcel was physically damaged through shipping and that the LCD screen is cracked. All our shipments are insured against physical damage and the window to report physical damage is 10 days from the receipt of the parcel. This is the maximum possible off-set for the potential damage claims to be accepted by all couriers. Damage reported past this time is considered user inflicted damage.
