"Battery received promptly via UK courier. Battery tried and failed to operate despite being the correct battery. Now asked for a returns RMA for warranty refund. Three e-mail requesting RMA failed to receive any response. Suspect that this a Chinese based operation with UK front end. No contact address or telephone number.
