I sent an e-mail regarding this issue and received, promptly a reply, requesting my battery number so that they could resolve the issue. I sent the original battery number but did not receive a reply for over a week until I again e-mailed saying that I would not be buying the battery unless they confirmed that my choice of battery would be compatible.
