"I originally was very happy with this company, which is why I gave them a "2" and not a "1." My first order with them was an adapter for a Gateway laptop - it worked great and I no no problems with it. My second purchase was a battery for my laptop. On their website it notes that the battery is compatible with my laptop (Lenovo Y550). Once I recieved the battery it fit my laptop but would not charge. Also, when I looked at the battery they sent me it notes two different model numbers it replaces (neither match my original battery) and although the voltage is the same, the Wh (Watt hour) is different by 8 Wh.
So becuase it did not work properly and my laptop is essential for work I called them looking for an explanation and to see how they would fix the problem. Not only was their customer service rep unhelpul but the only thing she said they would do is send three emails between us (first one to me that I needed to fill out a form, second the form is sent back to them, third they send a case number back), once they recieve the battery they have to run their own tests and once this is all done only then will they issue an exchange or refund. I explained I am not able to wait a week or more to recieve a new battery or get a refund. I asked to speak to a manager and the rep hung up on me.
I haven't recieved any further correspondance from them nor have they changed their website compatibilities in reference to it working with this laptop.
Once I have recieved the refund for this battery I will no longer be using their services.
If you plan on ordering with them, think twice. What kind of company has two different "departments" (customer service and RMA) that transfer to the same women's phone?

"I had ordered a Compaq Presario 2100 battery and AC car adaptor. The battery did not work; it was inserted but did not charge nor hold charge. The AC car adaptor did not work; it was too short to make a connection.
I returned both items, in the original packaging, within 30 days of receipt.
They say the products are working fine. I can't argue; they don't work on my computer. I was not refunded the shipping costs and I was charged a restocking fee (15%) for products that I have not and can not use.
To update - an additional refund was provided, along with an appology. "
"I was very dissatisfied with my experience with this company. It was not very clear that this is a Canadian company as it shows a Washington address. I had no idea of that fact until I received the tracking notice. Once I received the product (power cord), it was defective and did not work. Then I had the "honor" of paying to ship the product to Canada before replacement was sent. Price was one of the reasons I ordered from this company and I regret having done so. All in all it took over three weeks to my power cord. There are other vendors out there. Save your money, time and aggravation and use one of the others."
"As a Canadian, I thought that it would be nice to deal with a Canadian company--wrong. I was on the site buying a battery for my father-in-law and decided to buy myself one as well. I checked out the part numbers carefully, though it is so poorly set up that it was unnecessarily confusing. Batteries arrived quickly and mine is for the wrong laptop. I phoned the customer service line and the woman thought that it was comical that I had made this mistake--when really I believe that the site is set up for people to make these types of mistakes for them to grab an extra 15% restocking fee plus shipping fee off of their customers.
Be very careful in navigating their site--or you will be out the cost of shipping the battery back to them, 15% restocking fee, and the cost of shipping a new battery. Would have been cheaper to just order from Lenovo. Lesson with this company learned.
As per the reply below, you can tell in the tone of the email that this is not a company focused on customer support. The toll-free phone line puts you on hold for 1 minute and then asks you to leave a message or you have the option of being put on hold for another minute--only then to get the option of leaving a message and so on. The other component of customer support for which this company is sorely lacking is the attitude of its employees. I am not a sensitive person, but being laughed at by a customer service agent when asking about the battery was less than pleasant and definitely not worth whatever discount may be available by using this third party seller as compared to a reputable dealer."

They are a terrible business to deal with. I have filed a dispute with American Express. They stonewall to refund payment.
