"I bought a single spacebar for my Pavilion DV5000 in December 2010. After 1 month the spacebar *still* hadn't arrived! I contacted laptop key and a rep apologised and sent out a replacement next day at no extra cost. Original order was assumed lost in transit. It arrived within a week. I used the online key installation video to figure out how to attach the key. The tutorial was for a regular key but the spacebar fitting was similar. The quality of the key itself was like new.

Their website is excellent, purchase process was simple, customer service was very good. The only thing I would fault them for was not using recorded delivery to ship the key internationally (I would be happy to pay extra for this) and the website didn't cover the installation of my specific key (a spacebar), although it wasn't too difficult to figure out using the video as a guide.

"Got my keys today. Had ordered a 'N' key and a '~' key. Installation was easy. The video tutorials are also well explained and demonstrated. International shipping might add a bit more to the cost. In my case, I just didn't want a whole keyboard. So, I went for the keys only. It arrived as a white envelope with keys well packed in small baggies inside. Overall, it was hassle free. Right from the online transaction to installing the keys. They are prompt in communication as well. I'm pretty satisfied.

"Ordered a replacement key. Although they first shipped me the wrong key (I had ordered a LEFT CTRL key, and they shipped me the RIGHT CTRL, which is a different key on my laptop), when I emailed them they only asked for a picture of the wrong key, and promptly sent the correct key.

Rating on Price of Shipping: 5/10 ... it only costs them a stamp to ship your key, you are way over charged for shipping (a couple dollars)

Rating on Customer Service: 10/10

When I did get the correct key it worked perfect, came with the correct clips and retainers, their site was easy to order from, and easy to know which key to order (the same laptop model may have several different keyboards all needing slightly different keys).
