"Last week I placed an online order for a new keyboard for a Dell Inspiron 3700. I had 'done my homework' and found a 'New' keyboard at the same price everyone else was selling 'Refurbished' for, and I thought I was really getting a great deal.

But when I received the package, a sticker on the outside of the box stated it was 'Refurbished'. I immediately called to explain my problem and spoke with a very helpful gentleman who, after researching the part, told me it was incorrectly marked on the web page and offered to give me a credit in the amount of 10.00. I said I would be happy with that and felt satisfied.
