"I ordered two laptop power adapters and promptly received a package in UPS for ONE laptop adapter. After notifiying Laptopsagain, they apologized and stated that they would take care of the problem immediately. Two weeks went by and no package and no tracking number. I e-mailed again asking what was going on, and they claimed that it had shipped that morning (which was the day after I wrote the second e-mail). I immediatly replied asking for a tracking number, but there was no response until another two weeks later. This time the e-mail claimed that I had refused the package that was sent to me.
I wrote back explaining that this was absolutely untrue as I have not seen any package nor have I seen a tracking number. Had I had the tracking number, I could have picked up the package at the UPS depot if there were problems. I also offered in this e-mail to have them refund my credit card for the unshipped product and we can call it even.
To this day I have not recieved a response.
After looking at the web page, no phone number is available any more. My e-mails have gone ignored, and to this day I have not recieved any response either by e-mail, a package, or a refund for the unshipped product.

"I won an E Bay auction for an AC Adapter. This AC Adapter description claimed that it would work with my laptop, a Sager 6200AT.
SO I went ahead and bought it. Good deal at $24.95.
When it arrived I opened it up only to find IT DOES NOT FIT! The first thing I did was verify I had the correct adapter. I did this by looking at the part number and checking it against the one listed in the auction. It matched.
The adapter they claimed to fit my machine had a barrel type connection. My machine has a square like plug. Obviously it would not work...
My next step was to contact them. The first e mail went unawnsered. The second produced a phone call I wasnt able to get. The third fell on empty ears. Finally the last E Mail got a response.
Heres a direct quote from an E Mail I recieved from Brian:
"There are two ways we can solve this problem. One is You can order the correct adapter and send the old one back for credit or we can take the amount you have already paid and subtract it from the adapter you need. The adapter you need is 60.00 dollars so minus the 31.95 you have already paid you would need to pay and additional 28.05. Or you can send the adapter back and we will send you a check for the 31.95."
So basicly what I have been told if I want the correct adapter it will cost me MORE plus I would have to ship the one recieved back on MY MONEY.
All this and the auction CLAIMED it would work with my laptop! Now Im expected to cover the shipping charges for a refund on their problem?
Im not sure what kind of business they are to run, but its not a good one.
False claims and very poor customer service. I would strongly advise for everyone to stay clear of this seller. Also known on E Bay as selling2000"

Used feedback form on 4/30 to inquire about an order status update.
Received message:
"... will be there in about three days. There was a delay in the order due to and order entry error. "
Asked for UPS Tracking #.
UPS Tracking # shows item was never shipped until late night on April 30, so there was no way it could have gotten here in "3 days".
All-in-all, merchandise arrived May 7th, correct part, packed well. No problems. Brian at Customer Service was very prompt replying to my emails on time and with requested information. With a proper order status/order tracking system put in place I'd order from them again."
