Sent me an AC adapter that had the right power output but the wrong connector size, and was a HP product - not the Dell that I ordered.
Crap customer service - refused to replace the item, after much arguing all I got was a refund worth the same as if I had paid the international shipping to send the item back and a receive a refund of the cost of the original item (minus original shipping charge).
Absolutely woeful, don't go near them!"
