"This was my first time ordering Subie parts from LM Boise Subaru. The order process was fast and efficient. I also liked the VIN # check to make sure I was getting the right parts. I had stopped at a local parts store and the price for the cabin filter I needed was about 70% more expensive, it was not Subaru OEM and they didn't have it in stock. Amazon had comparable prices and I might of saved a few dollars due to free shipping, but the location said only one was in stock, so I wasn't comfortable that I wasn't going to get a delayed shipment from Amazon shipper. So, I settled on LM Boise Subaru to order my parts and combined several more items I will need to reduce the shipping cost difference. "I ordered some parts, unfortunately the United States Postal Service leaves a lot to be desired. Suffice to say, they are like our elected representatives and are a bunch of idiots. They damaged my package and made the box open and lost the contents. They recognized their error and actually stamped on the box that it wss open. They then sealed an empty box and mailed it to me anyway. Geniuses I tell you. Fortunately the parts dept folks at Larry Miller Subaru were more than helpful and very understanding and ate sending me new parts. No fuss, no additional inconvenience. Great service. "

"Was given several different part numbers for one particular part during my online ordering. Made a simple call to the parts Department. They gave me the correct numbers with out giving me a hard time. "
"I ordered a mirror cover for the outside passenger mirror. What is required to put in my VIN and get a lot of personal information up to stop by this piece. My understanding was that because I place the pan in the order that it was going to match the paint for this piece. This piece of plastic literally is about 8 oz and cost $60. It's just a Snap-On cover that covers the outside of the outside mirror. It did not match the paint it was not painted and I'm not happy with the overall experience. I think Logistics in ordering process was fine except for the fact that like I said I had to match up a part that was connected to my VIN but ended up getting part that wasn't even the right color
