Ignition coil

"Bought an ignition coil online. Was told I couldn’t have the part for 1-3 days. They had to wait for the part to be shipped to them before they could give one of there 7 in stock. I told them my kids car wasn’t running without it. They told be I would have to buy one at 50.00 more than I paid. I showed them my bank account to prove they had their money. He finally told me he was going to give me the part. Not sure I will do that again!"

Good packing job

"I ordered requesting a mail order shipment, but contacted them at 9AM the next morning letting them know I was in the area in the morning. Three hours later, they confirmed they had the parts in stock (including some oddball trim pieces), but it was already too late.

They went ahead and shipped as originally requested. The items were packed in their original Toyota boxes and nicely organized. I will certainly go back to them for orders, whether by in-person pick up or by shipping. I live 50+ miles away.

Perfect Fit

"I purchased an engine air filter from their online store. Their website was easy to navigate. The order came in a few days for store pickup. Every time I called with an inquiry, the Reps were helpful. The filter fit perfectly! The only complaint is that the company needs to make clear that the Service Dept closes earlier than the Sales Dept."

"I had to comeback to the parts dep’t. to return a wrong part due to an incorrect part # that was provided for an online purchase. This incorrect part # resulted in wasting fuel, my time and adding mileage to my vehicle. This purchase caused me three trips to receive the right part.
1. Arrived to get the part # for the part then ordered.
2. Picked up the part the following day.
3. Returned the wrong part provided.
