"Had to contact my credit card and dispute the charges because they never shipped the toner cartridge I ordered. The phone number ***-***-**** is disconnected and they do not respond to emails ( I sent 5). They were very quick to charge my card and then not be heard from again.. I would not recommend anyone do any transactions with this company. If they even are a company."

"Good vendor gone bad - I got a bad toner cartridge, it didn't work. LDW has been unresponsive by email & phone. Their phone answers with "The number you are calling is not yet connected" We had been getting good toner since Sept 2003, but they're on my black list now."
