"I ordered a new laptop from Laskys on 02/10/2012 and was given a delivery date of Monday the 8/10/2011. The e-mail said that delivery could be anytime between 07.00hrs and 8pm.
I waited in all day long for my item to arrive taking a day off work to do so.
Thank you Laskys for a terrible service from the outset. I see from a search accross the internet that I am not alone in this predicament. It's a shame really especially when Comet, your parent company are so close to going bump. Is it any wonder with customer service like this?"
