"I do not own any Christmas sweaters so now that I had a baby this year I found a sweater on line which I loved and would be perfect for her first Christmas to send to my family members. I ordered this sweater on Dec 4 and i got a confirmation email stating that I should receive the item by the 10th of December. Unfortunately they did not even send the sweater out until this week when I finally got a confirmation email with a tracking number. I had an appointment scheduled to take pictures with my wife and 9 month old tomorrow evening so if fedex was running a little behind I could still make it. Well I check my confirmation email and now I won't be getting my sweater until the 12th. I would never have ordered the sweater if that were the case. I called customer service and the representative was very respectful and understanding and if I were to rate him he would get 5 stars. Unfortunately this is about the company and not him. Why they did not send the sweater out last week I don't know but I manage 3 used car dealerships and my wife is self employed and this is the busiest time of the year for us. So now we have to rearrange our schedules to take the pictures because Lastcall did not deliver on what they said the delivery date would be. I asked the rep is there anything they could do for the inconvenience. He refunded the shipping but that should have been a given since I paid to have it delivered by the 10th as advertised. So as far as the sweater goes he talked to his higher ups and they said there was nothing else they would do. Thanks Neiman Marcus for screwing up my daughters first Christmas photos by not delivering by the date advertised. I shop at saks, nordstrom , goyard, bloomingdales but will not be going anywhere near a Neiman Marcus or Neiman Marcus Last Call and most definitely my friends and family that shop at these stores as well will know about this situation and will more than likely stop shopping there as well. Merry Christmas to everyone and I hope the people that decided to send my sweater late and not do anything get a nice lump of coal, actuall a bag of dag crap is more deserving."
"Today, 24 August 2019, I tried to return a dress that did not fit that I ordered online. I returned the dress to Neiman Marcus LastCall's brick & mortar store. The sales lady called Neiman Marcus LastCall's online customer service to get my refund and was told that I couldn't return it because it was after 30 days. The sales lady responded that the item is well within the 30 days and I should receive my refund. Neiman Marcus LastCall.com refused to refund me for the dress and said "no, we'll only give her a gift card". The sales lady kept apologizing saying "I'm sorry they won't give you your money back; you've done nothing wrong".
Neiman Marcus LastCall.com is dead to me. I will never spend my money there again."
"I wouldn't order from them. Shop runner ships for free but returns are a hassle. You can't use shop runner to return and then Last call doesn't want to be of service. You have to contact them for a call tag and they try to charge you for the return. Hours on the phone and poor customer service. And all because the merchandise doesn't carry true sizes. Mens shirts with measured shirt sleeves should have the length stated and not be two inches shorter.

"The website doesn't provide correct size chart. I ordered 3 medium size outwear, but one is too big. When called customer service for help, then just asked me to send it back and offered no more help as the item was out of stock online. So, I asked if its available at any of their stores, then she just told me to contact one store and disconnected. Not at all willing to help any further. When contacted the Austin, TX store it was complete crap, people just kept transferring to every other person and none of them were willing to help me. I would never ever want to buy from these retailer again. And also won't recommend to any others."
"I purchased boots from lastcall.com on four occasions in a one month period. Unfortunately, none of the boots fit. I returned the first two shipments at MY cost as they offered no Smart Label in either shipment. Remember, Amazon and Zappos has a FREE shipment there and back AND credits your account the same day you ship back through UPS. However, in this case I was out $16.68 and $22.47 for the shipments for just trying on their boots!! I later returned the third and fourth shipment that included Smart Labels - why these particular boots had labels included is a mystery. Later, I noticed I was getting a bill from my NM credit card, but thought nothing of it thinking It would be corrected as maybe not all shipments had reached them. The second month cycled through and still no credit on one of the returns. I was left with over a $300.00 bill and have NO boots in my possession. When I called customer service the first rep. stated that was "not our problem". Really? The boots were shipped back to your company and it is not your problem? I called back again and the second rep. stated I should have called and told them right away. How did i know they did not give credit right away? The third rep. I called stated she was appalled by the first two reps. and would issue a gift card as a courtesy through my e-mail. No gift card was issued. I have to file a complaint on the NM credit card which is beyond ridiculous. I have spent countless wasted time on their issue. Did an employee in the Last Call Returns Dept. steal the boots and I am to pay the bill for them? I wonder. I searched through all my UPS and USPS receipts and went back to UPS and the Post Office to make sure I had the correct tracking numbers. I did on ALL returns. Even when I told the reps. I had tracking numbers they did not ask for the numbers. Why? I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH NEIMAN MARCUS OR LAST CALL AGAIN. Please be aware of how they treat customers. It is unheard of in today's market, especially with professional competition that offers free shipping and returns and prompt credit on accounts. For the price this company charges, how do they intend to stay on business with no high prices and no inferior customer service. Neiman Marcus, get in the modern world and start paying attention to your customers, how your reps. treat customers, and update your archaic system!!"

"No only they sent you the used products (the shoes I received is used!!!The bottom of the shoes all scratched up and even on toes mark on the sandals, very disgusting!!!) Their shipping & packing services sucks and their customer service is horrible. Also the online price dropped another $50 after you made a purchase and you WILL NOT be able to get any adjustment because that is their policy. DO NOT SHOP online with them! "
" I ordered two coats for my boys on Sunday December 9th. The CSR assured me they were in stock with an estimated delivery date of December 19th. Monday they didn't ship. Tuesday same thing. I contacted them and was told the order is in process and will be delivered by the 21st. Still workable. On Wednesday one of the sizes I need sold out on the website. Again via the e-chat function I was told that they will be delivered by Dec. 21st. l Contacted them again on Thursday with the same answer. Friday I was told that one of the sizes I ordered, that was previously confirmed available, is now sold out and will not be shipped to me, and the other size will be delivered on December 27th. What the heck?! Thank you for ruining our Christmas. Other retailers have a different version of this coat available and do actually ship on time, but this was the one they loved and were expecting to get. "
