"I injuired my shin one month ago by gardening ... fell and green metal edging cut down deep across my entire shin. I had just received my lovely comforter but it will be several months before I could put it on my bed and enjoy it. It was one month before I even opened the box to find the packing slip in order to return it. It was just about the last day I could request a return. Then, after my explanation of why I was returning it with the comforter set still in the original packaging untouched ... I received the kindness message how sorry they were that I was injured and wished me a speedy recovery ... also, that they would be happy to help me with the return. "HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I am so disappointed, I ordered a comforter in April. I didn’t open it until June 21st due to the fact my house remodel was delayed due to COVID. I was told they would make an exception based on photos. I sent a picture of the comforter layed out to show them it was in good condition. They then said because it was out of the package they couldn’t take it. I had every intention on buying a different comforter from them. Due to their customer service I will discourage anyone from doing business with them. Here is their response,

Unfortunately, our system doesn't allow us to accept a return after 45 days.
Though to make you happy, we can look in to it. If you still wish to make the return please send us the pictures of the items, so we could review the condition.
Customer pays for the return label charges that we issue and 7% handling fee.
Then they sent this after I sent the photo they requested. I had to take it out of the package to show them it was not used"
