"Placed an order. 10 days later I wanted to get the status but it shows that I have no orders in my account. Tried calling the phone number. Busy signal. Tried emailing the address shown on the website. Undeliverable. Tried emailing another address on the website. No reply. So now I guess I need to contact my credit card company to make sure this doesn't get charged since I need to find the part elsewhere. Wish I had checked reseller ratings before ordering. "
"I placed an order for a part for my Speed Queen washing machine on the 16th. I need this part desperately!! I even paid $35 plus for shipping! After it shows processing for over 2 weeks I sent an email through their system. It was returned undeliverable. I was finally refunded. I received no communication from them about the refund either. The order simply vanish from my account history! ****! Just gone! Like it never even existed! No history, no error, no fault, no contact, nothing!!
This was the worst customs service experience ever!!! "

" I have an order a part to replace for my washer ( the laundromat commercial ) on June 8-2021 . Next day ( Friday June 9 ) I fund the issue not from that part . I tried to call several times to cancel but can not reach them ( nobody picked up phone ) finally I sent an email to cancel at 2:53pm June 9/2021. But They still shipped the part on June 22/2021 (13 days later ) disregarded my email . When I called to return the part , they said they don’t take return the electrical parts ( even I try to explain I never open the package and I will bear all of shipping cost ) . They obvious just want to sell the item . Don’t care the customer come back or not .

Being in business myself, I know that you don’t necessarily hear about the good things you do all the time. However, I would like to personally thank you for taking time yesterday in helping me with my first order. You even contacted me back via my cell phone to make sure that my order got out to me on time as requested; very impressed! I did receive my order today, overnight as promised and I could not be happier. I was able to fix the washer that was down and we are back up and running.
