I have sent 3 emails, left 3 voicemails, and attempt to call at least three times a day with no answer. I never recieved an emailed order confirmation, however, the funds have been taken out of my account. I am a small business owner, and understand things happen, but the lack of respect in not returning my calls or emails is absolutely ridiculous and poor customer service. Buyers....BEWARE!

"I ordered an ankle bracelet for my partner which was reasonably priced and was shipped in reasonable time. However, when the product arrived one of the diamonds was missing which was clearly like that when packed as there was no stone loose in the sealed bag. When I contacted Lauren Klein they informed me how to send the item for a refund.
I sent the return item and have made multiple attempts to contact Lauren Klein to find out about my refund however they refuse to respond. I am now out of pocket and have no bracelet to show. The customer service from this company is disgusting.
Do not purchase from them!!

"I purchased a pair of earrings which apparently they wore shipped and left at my front door, but I never seen them and never got position of them. I communicated back and forth with Sara @ Lauren Klein and explain the situation. After many emails and also communicating with UPS finally UPS investigated the matter and now they approved the claim. UPS is ready to pay for the claim, but UPS stated that they need the paper back from Lauren Klein so they can pay up, but Sara @ Lauren Klein do not want to fallow up with it and be done with this matter. "I ordered a bracelet in December, and I received it within a week. I was extremely satisfied with my purchase and decided to order a necklace for my birthday.
What a mistake! I ordered the necklace on 1/10/11, and they shipped the wrong one. I returned it (at my cost), and asked for an exchange, and they SENT THE WRONG NECKLACE AGAIN! I'm STILL waiting for my exchange/credit. They've had the second returned necklace for three weeks.
This whole process has taken four months. I've sent several emails this week, and I've received no response.
They have beautiful jewelry, but I AM NEVER ordering from them again."

"Awful experience with this seller. Placed order and didn't hear anything from them for 2 weeks (They claim to ship in 2-4 days). I began emailing customer service, but received no response. I attempted to call many times, but they do not answer their phones. Left several messages. I eventually opened a paypal dispute to recover my funds. That same day, I got an automated email saying the item shipped (of course).
Item arrived, and they shipped the wrong thing! I began communication through the paypal dispute (this is the ONLY way to get through to them), and basically said I will keep this inferior product if they refund me the difference. I just wanted this transaction over with. They agreed, but only if I closed the paypal dispute, which I have done. I have yet to receive the partial refund, and I doubt I will. Good luck if you order anything from them."
