I ordered the 854 200mw Green Laser. I GOT IT IN 9 DAYS!! From China to Oregon. I ordered in on the 3rd and got it the 12th!!
Now on to the Laser... My god it hurts my eyes when I shine it on a whitewall, which obviously you shouldnt look at it lol... So this IS NOT your 5mw Laser lol. At night IT IS A SOLID BEAM, it is amazing for pin pointing single stars. Perfect for an astronomer or star gazer :) Ive shined it on a tree thats a half mile away, farthest and safest thing I could point it at from where i am and is so clearly visible that Im sure I could double or even triple the distance and still see it. Trying not to exaggerate here, I drove to double check the distance of the tree I was shining it on and ticked over .6 of a mile.
SO anyone that just wants a laser that blows a 5mw out of the water, to have a little fun with it, point out some stars, pop a balloon and light a match to show the kids or somethin, This is certainly the laser! BE WARNED THOUGH - This seriously is not to be trifled with. Dont put it somewhere your kids can get it! and be careful of the area your shining it in, mirrors, stainles steel, white walls etc etc = byby eyes.
I only paid 27 bucks, free shipping... WELL WORTH IT... I'd have paid twice that for this laser.
I aimed it at a candle wick and it started smoking instantly but I didnt have anything to keep it still and it was blinding my eyes trying to stare at it and keep it on point so for my eyes sake i stopped, but it did smoke a lot so im sure you could get it to catch.
Will easily pop a balloon or light a match. Im sure it would pop any color of balloon, I have purple ones and will literally pop instantaneously..
Now all this being said, Clearly people have had problems ordering from them. I dont know if they have troubles shipping to certain countries but that obviously doesnt make up for all these mistakes. I did try emailing them and I did get a response after 2 days, maybe 3. So there customer service does leave little to be desired. I also did not receive a order confirmation in my email, which was odd. I'm so used to that beep from my cell phone after every order I make. I was staring at it for a while expecting it, alas it did not come.
So would I order from them again? Based on this experience, Of course! But after reading all these experiences, I wouldnt spend over 40 bucks or so.
And besides... Seriously this laser is powerful enough! I dont need a 5 watt laser to cut my fridge in half!"

"I bought a 200 mw green laser from laserpoint.com after ordering I found this site got me very worried. But the only hold up I got with delivery was the US customs it got stuck there for about 5 days. After ordering it took 16 days to get to my house not bad coming from china I have waited 5 weeks before for other products from on other vendor.after I got the laser opened it up with no expectations of it being worth the money I paid scared it was going to be the wrong one or broken. But to my surprise it was all good. No complaints with my purchase at all I did try to contact them a couple days after shipping with questions about the product I ordered and they did answer two days after delivery. The customer service is very bad with this company but it seems as though if they get it right the first time you should be all good. Not sure i will be ordering from them again although the prices are great but with that being said these lasers probably don't have a UV filter on them. I do think my next laser purchase will be with big lasers.com prices are higher but with the research I did sure they ill be better quality and they are a US based company."

I ordered a blue laser and received a purple laser. I paid for blue.Why do I need to send pictures and video? I simply want a 100Mw 1000m 405nm Blue Laser Pointer Pen Set with Five Heads (Black).Pictures will not help any further. Please send me a blue laser and return postage for the purple laser and I will send the purple laser back to you.

We are sorry according the policy, we can only offer you the return authorization once the problem is confirmed. Now we haven't see the picture or video to show us it is really defective. So we are sorry we are unable to offer you further assistance.
By the way, if you really want to return it back, you need to pay for the return shipping cost and take the risk if the package lost during the delivery. The delivery for return normally takes over 2 months, which is much more then the product self. So let us come to a agreement to resolve this problem.
To assist your problem efficiently, could you pls offer us the required information? Some pictures for the products and package you received from us. 1-2 minutes video to show us how you operate and how the problem happen. We would send it to the related product department to check if any suggestions.

"I was going to purchase an item off Lazerpoint.com. I paid for everything and was expecting my item to come for my son on Christmas (I even paid for faster shipping) but I sadly found out that http://www.lazerpoint.com/ had not even shipped my item days after I purchase. They told me that they needed a picture of the card I used to purchase so I gave them one. Expecting my package to ship, I come to find out that they did not like the picture I had. This is already past the arrival date. So I keep them in contact asking why I would even need to show a picture of my card to them because NOBODY else on the internet requires this...? So after a few e-mails back and forth I finally take the picture. I send it to them and they send me back an e-mail saying that they did not hear a response from me soon enough and that they canceled my order. I was responding as soon as possible (the same day) and we kept in contact the whole time. They also included that I could re-purchase the item if I would like but the refund process would take 25 - 30 days.. So I look at the item, and now it is $145 instead of $105 and they still have my money. Talk about horrible customer service. "
