"Once again, we received excellent service from Lazydays Tampa - we can't say enough good things about the Service Manager Doug Earle and the awesome, really knowledgeable technician Travis! (And our service advisor Greg is always great too!!). We had a problem with our main awning not retracting properly and decided to try to get it repaired near our home, since we're three hours away from Lazydays. We went to a local RV repair company in Stuart, FL and got erroneous findings, with them telling us our fabric had caught in the motor (not true) and that the innards of the awning mechanism were destroyed (not true) and that we needed a complete new awning for about $1500 + shipping! Lazydays service (Travis) fixed the problem with a simple adjustment! We are always treated very well at Lazydays, find the staff completely professional and very proficient, and always enjoy the Crown Club during service time (including the nice greeting we always get from Precious at the Crown Club front entrance)! Thanks again Lazydays staff, for always taking care of us!! "
