I ordered a skillet for my wife before Christmas and on their site it stated that if I ordered that day, they guarantee I will get it on time.

I looked at the tracking info on December 20th and saw that it was not going to arrive until the 27th. I naturally called Le Creuset to inquire why my shipment was not going to arrive on time.

The lady I spoke with was a little dry as far as conversation, but this is where I became a permanent customer. She put me on hold for a few minutes and came back and told me that they called UPS and had them upgrade the shipping to next day.

The package was already on it's way so I was skeptical. Nonetheless, the morning of the 21st, the package showed up! Now this level of customer service is rare and the fact that this company stepped up to a first-time orderer and made my wife's Christmas must be commended.
