"The checkout process was not straight forward. The support phone number was quite useless, on hold for 36 minutes so hung up. The support email did respond within 24 hrs and was straight forward but following their advice didn't work. To finalize an order you actually have to click "checkout" TWICE, and nowhere does it tell you that! I wish i could evaluate the actual product but it still hasn't been delivered. I would gladly complete another survey once it arrives."

"I received the Fingerstyle dvd's and I also ordered the Learn & Master Guitar dvd's.
I was totally disappointed with both orders of dvd instructional videos. They are very empty in content,too much talking and too basic in theory or technique.It was a waste of my money. These dvd courses are "Over Hyped". There is better information on you tube and in guitar forums. Who in the heck wants to be playing Ode to joy after viewing 30 dvd's?"
