"This company is terrible! Shipping, customer service and quality are all subpar. I ordered a white board from them, which took two months to arrive. When it did, the box looked like it fell off the truck, was run over a couple of times and then thrown back in. The white board itself was damaged and warped and was unusable. Courtney, the rep, was unhelpful and dismissive. On top of all of this, and without apology, she told me that they would not accept the returned item and that I should file claim with their third party shipper. I sent her pictures of the box and the damaged board and she still refused to cooperate. Instead, she insisted their products were exceptional (despite evidence to the contrary). Beware of this company!"
