"Pros: Unbeatable price for what we got. They were out of the style and color I ordered, but they offered to substitute it (at no cost to me) with a very similar style that would have cost me $50 more (which was like 40% more). Customer service was helpful and polite.

Cons: You will wait for it. On top of having to wait, you'll need to stay on top of them to get the product. I found out a week after my order that they were out of stock, but only because I had contacted them for a shipping update. It took another week and a half for the substitute to ship, and it may have been longer if I hadn't been in contact with them every 4 or 5 days. Also, their contact link doesn't let you type a message, only to let them know you want to contact them and then they email back within a couple days.

Cliff's notes, excellent price and product, but it took 22 days to arrive and many emails.

Advice, if you do need to contact them, go through google checkout as the link they have always got me a response within a couple days. "
