"First I tried to cancel before shipped and wasn't allowed to, then found out what I ordered was not as listed in ad, after no assistance from company on how to do a refund finally found their procedures - completed the necessary forms online and returned the package. The mail system said they have received but they emailed me stating they haven't received it and won't get it for another week then my refund will be 5 to 10 working days after that we will see if that will occur or not."
