"I followed their description and size chart. They did not say in their description that this item is known for the sizes to run small. Their representative knew this though. Anyway, according to their rules, I had to pay $11.95 to exchange it for the correct size. It's pointless for them to put thing on sale when you ultimately have to pay more for the correct information on the sizing of the items! Not thrilled at all!!!?"

"I bought a jacket and gloves. The size was accurate, prices were good, and it ends up the quality of the products I bought is impressive. They confirmed and shipped my order expeditiously. I have no complaints and will be a return customer. "
"My experience was less than stellar. The situation was that I placed the order on the morning of 12/31, requesting next day delivery ($66.06). I am aware the next day was a holiday. However, I had to contact you all on Monday, 1/4/21, to inform you that the item still not shipped.
When I contacted you all on Monday, I received voicemail from five (5) separate calls. I did also chat, however I have they stated someone would call me, I had further questions. No one responded to my chat for 15 minutes.
When I did receive a call, the caller did not respond when I answered. Thirty (30) minutes later I received another call. I requested that since the item was not shipped as requested and paid for, that I would like a refund of these monies. Instead I was supplied a store credit.
Furthermore, to add to this, I was informed that it was a problem with UPS. I have been in Senior Leadership of Customer Service for over 30 years. This issue with between you and your shipper and not the issue for the customer.
This entire customer experience should have been handled in a much more professional manner. There was no apology that this occurred. I understand that it is was an issue on the Shipper's side (UPS), however your company has a responsibility to ensure that these shipments occur as the article was still in your possession.
I would recommend an improved focus on avoiding the 'blame game' that does not have any bearing on the customer, and take ownership of the issue. Furthermore, I would recommend improved tracking for expedited shipping from your end to ensure the that these are addressed in an appropriate manner, especially when it is a the cost of the customer, both monetarily and time (both to receive the shipment as well as time spent trying to contact someone in order to resolve the issue).

"Material is great and looks great also. However, if you would generally wear a large shirt/coat you will only need a small or medium rain coat. I almost wish I had a small. I started with a large and way too big. Now I have a medium and it's a little big, but I'm afraid the small may be just a little too small

Big and Tall guys should not order online because size charts are confusing and manufacturers always encourage ordering a size bigger, which doesn't work all the time. It's a shame there is no such thing as Customer service in actual "walk-in" stores anymore."
