"I was satisfied with the ease of ordering the product, and received the product relatively promptly. The box was damaged on the outside, which is likely the fault of the carrier, but the product should have been packaged a little better with air-packets or bubble wrap to prevent the product from shifting so much during transit.

The website claims that for exchanges, Leatherup will cover the shipping cost for a one-time product exchange. I purchased the product as a gift for my husband, but when he needed to exchange it for size, I was not given a return shipping label and was told by customer service that I still had to pay for shipping back to Leatherup and that they would only pay shipping for the exchanged item to be shipped back to me, if they even had the item in his size in stock. I feel that it is false advertising on Leatherup's part because their website does not state that it is only shipping one-way. I would have just bought the product locally because the cost of shipping the item for the exchange made the item much more expensive than the discount I initially received at Leatherup and their exchange policy with the "free shipping" is the only reason why I decided to use Leatherup in the first place."
