"First off I would like to say that the order process, shipping, tracking, and delivery were top notch. They did a great job of communicating through out the entire process. The helmet was delivered and the product was first class, however, it turned out that the helmet was just a bit too bulky and not really the look and fit that I hoped to achieve. That being said, the return process was painless, (I was fully aware at the time I placed the order that I would not get a credit for the original shipping and that I would have to pay the return shipping, so no surprises there) they QUICKLY refunded the money to my charge card, and again, provided communication when it was received and that the monies were being refunded.
While I did have to return the product, I was very pleased with the company and their professional process.
