"yes i had to order another jacket because leatherup .com has my jacket in there warehouse among so many boxes that they can not locate my box with my jacket in it.my tracking number showed that my box came into there warehouse but since i do not have my order number they cannot locate my jacket.i talk to some one name frankie and he saw where it was ship to this location.i do not want a refund i just want my jacket back.this order number 4876091 is a order that i just order not my first selection"

"I placed an order with Leatherup. I had a previous store credit and wished to utilize it. The product I ordered was not in stock, which I was informed of quickly. I then tried to contact Leatherup in two manners, the first through online chat which noone was online nor answered my question with the submitted information. The second an email to the company which I went through several, the initial telling me they couldn't tell me anything about my order, then the follow ups telling me they would provide a store credit, initially only providing me the extra I had just paid. When I brought up the problem with the remainder it was credited within 24hrs. I had to jump through several hoops as the customer service has no idea what the shipping department is doing and didn't bother to read my initial email concerning my product."
"Order a motorcycle jacket. Came and leather was ripped and torn on the sleeve. Asked for an exchange to get another plus a bigger size. They wanted additional pictures so I paid to shop it back. In a few days I got an exchange email like it was sent out. I messaged them regarding a shipping label. I got an email back saying it was never sent because they didn't have the size! So they lied. So I paid 30.00 to ship back and they just refunded me for the jacket and not even the original shipping! Such a scam!"

"LeatherUp.com Sizes Are SMALL. ORDER 2-3X LARGER THAN YOU USUALLY WEAR! I order a Ladies 5X so that I could wear a jacket underneath my vest. HUGE MISTAKE! I could barely wear a T-shirt under it, and still had a 6" gap. Ordered a different vest in Men's 4X with lace sides which will work perfect in this cold climate where layers are a must in winter if you are outside. The 4X is roomy and meets my needs. Called Customer Service and explained need to return first vest and that I had already ordered another vest and paid for it over the weekend. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! No hassle. Great, quality leather products as long as you remember to order a much larger size than you usually do."
"No need to pay 500$ for a quality leather jacket . Beautiful and stylish for a fraction of the price . Customer service was very helpful in selscting the proper size. In most cases, you have to go up at least one size. I'm 6'4 220 lbs with a 36 waist . Xl is my usual size , but in this jacket, 2Xl fits perfectly. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
