"Ordered a gift card for my son and asked for e-download. Got email from LeatherUp but no gift card that I could print out and give as a gift. Also, no instructions on what to do for him to spend his money. They just need to rethink the Gift card process from a purchaser's point of view.. Would not recommend this route. Just get a prepaid Visa or some such.
Also tried three times to get through by phone and left an filed out form to their customer service and as yet no reply. "
