"Sadly the Big ticket items, the ladies black leather, motor cycle riding jacket with removable protective gear (size M) was extremely too small and the awesome ladies midcalf black leather riding boots were also unusually small for the normal size I purchased. These items are for my 26yr old patite size daughter. I'm happy to say i was able to reorder a size large jacket in the same style, but sadly had to choose a new boot style, to get one available in a larger size. I'm glad I got replacement items in time that I hope will fit her now, but I am concerned about the cost of the returns as the items are very heavy and my orders came with free shipping and I just hope nothing goes wrong with the returns or credit. But I think she is going to love this site, I got her Xmas and other bday items as well. I just hope we learn the sizing quickly as it could become too costly with multiple returns. :~} wish me luck. "I found and ordered a pair of gloves for my girlfriend who is a Harley girl.
Placed the order, received a confirmation of the order. The next email stated that the order had shipped.
Then the next email stated that the gloves are out of stock and they didn't realize this til the order was received at the warehouse. I did call and will get a refund on my card, just never encountered it being charged before shipment.
They did respond in a timely manner on my refund, but I would much rather had been sent the gloves.
