Not much to complain about, until after observing what kind of customer service is backing my shipment.
I mistakenly allowed my order to be shipped to my "old" address, where I no longer lived. After realizing, I e-mailed customer service about it, and asked them for a very simple thing: "When my order bounces back to you, and you receive it again, please immediately mail it back to me at my real address." I didn't ask them to ship it again for free. I just wanted to not lose my "on sale" price if they re-shelved it, and forced me to begin a new order, and have a new item pulled from the shelf, after the sale had ended.
Instead of jumping on the bandwagon to HELP me, "customer service" just began a mantra of what they aren't responsible for, that basically never ended over the course of 2-3 emails. Their excuse was something to the effect of "not able to make changes to orders." ...as if shipping my order to my home address is such a big change... LOL
What is customer service for again?! Serving the customers maybe? Who cares whose fault it was. I'm a customer, so make helping me a bigger priority than your excuses!"
