"The jacket came in and stunk like mildew. I contacted CS who said to hang it out a few days. When I took it outside to hang it up I noticed that there was green corrosion on one of the zipper pulls and on the leather around the pull. I emailed a picture per their request and did not hear back from them for 4 days. When I finally got them to respond to send me a postage paid shipping label to return, I was told that if it was not a factory defect I would be charged back the shipping cost. So in essence I was sent something unusable out of the box and might have to pay out of my refund to send their faulty item back. "
