After a history of dozens of successful orders with them, I returned an item stating clearly that I wanted a refund for it, using their online system to do this. I shipped it back and saw that the item had arrived there. After waiting more than a week I still had heard nothing from them, so I wrote to customer service to ask. They replied by email the next day, saying they didn't respond because they didn't know if I wanted replacement or refund. (They should have known - I filled out the form online.) I answered immediately, saying again that I wanted a refund. Then just more waiting.
Finally, when I got tired of waiting, I wrote again, threatening to file a request for a chargeback from my credit card company. Only then did I receive my refund. It's too bad they try to resist and delay legitimate refund requests this way. Otherwise it would be a great place to buy motorcycle leather goods.
I'll buy there again if I'm feeling lucky."
