Causing a shipping delay that could not be tolerated. When I cancelled the order it took about three days for the money to get back to me. Not a bad time on the money back quite fast actually. But just a really big inconvenience. Also customer service was unsatisfactory. Very rude and just unhelpful and had no knowledge of how the system worked and just couldn't explain much.
