"Fast shipping and great jacket"

"They did great on the delivery I ordered a size 36 they where a little snug so I sent them back for a size 38 I sent them back on Friday the 9th hope to receive my order sometime this week."

"Products are good. Cheap but good for what you are paying. Although the jacket has extremely uncomfortably small cuffs, so small that I thought j literally could not gety hands through them the first time i put the jacket on.

The shipping on the other hand was a nightmare. Leatherup only seems to use the one shipping service, Ontrac. I think if you happen to have an address they understand and don't mess up, you won't have any problems and everything will be fine.

Unfortunately for me I don't.
I tried to, as usual for me, ship the order to my local Post Office with my PO Box number as address line 2. Ontrac deleted my address line 2 from the Shiping label. Thus they got my package all the way to my post office then said it was "the wrong address" and took it back to their warehouse which is two hours away.

This is of course frustrating, but the worst part is that they didn't even notify me. I had to find out many days later when I was wondering where my stuff was.

Then they tried to say it was my fault for not including an address line 2. Which is a lie.

Then they said they couldn't change the address for me, and that I would have to call leatherup and get them to change the address for me.

Oh and they want me to pay an extra dollar for "changing the address".

Oh and they refused to expedite the package even though they were ~5 days late at this point. ( I can't remember exactly how many days it was at this point.

So at least were all good now right? Nope, now they say they refuse to ship to any point boc for any reason even though that was never an issue till now and was even told if I changed the address to include the address line 2 of my PO Box everything would work.

So I have to REcall leatherup and change the address again. Only this time around I get a very poor customer service woman who can't understand more than five words at a time.

After all of that, finally got it delivered to my house. Haven't got a chance to test the jacket and pants out on a proper ride yet but think they should be alright. "

"When I got my helmet it was already damaged, I called the number they asked me to take pictures and send them they would then let me know what they were going to do. So I now have a broken helmet I am unable to use and no word from them how they are going to resolve. They now have 24 hours or I return both helmets."

So in order to return them I had to pay UPS $25.00 to ship them back, I only paid $85.00 for the boots.
