"Many reviews said that rain clothes ran large and recommended buying one size smaller than what I wear. Rain clothes did fit but would be snug over a jacket. Not the fault of the company. I should have just ordered the size I normally wear.
Called company to reorder the next larger size. Telephone rep. was great--friendly, helpful. Will be sending original order back for a refund.
Rain clothes do look sharp. Reflective pinstripes look good."

It was easy to view the web page and review the products to purchase, but after I received the invoice of the purchase price and No added shipping charges, I was still charged shipping. I had to make three phone calls and email a copy of the invoice that showed I should not be charged shipping. They did credit me back the money for shipping, but it was a little frustrating to have to deal with that issue. The helmets I ordered are nice and what I expected."
