Over two weeks later, I called to check the status and was told the item was still in transit, but that it would need to be tracked. The operator stated she would call me within 48 hours with a status. A week later I called back, not having heard from anyone, and was told by a different operator that the package could not be tracked until 4 weeks had lapsed, and I should call back then. How does it take 4 weeks to process a return?!"
