Thrilled!! - The fingerless gloves which is a rather simple item, were terrible- with each glove being significantly different than the other - one was new and fit as expected, the other was weathered and shrunken, does not fit very well, certainly not like the other glove. the poor glove seems as though it has been damaged by water, causing the leather to be wrinkled and shrunken. I think this is a way to get rid of damaged goods as the time it takes to go through the return and replace with the chance of a same kind of mismatch happening agin... well life is too short.. so the seller wins."

My only issue is with the communication: My receipt was misleading, saying in one spot the item would be shipped in one day and in another it would be shipped in two to five days. Also, the receipt indicated I would get email notification when it shipped and that I would not be charged for the purchase until it shipped. However, I was charged without having received any notification, and when I requested a status update I was told it had been shipped. These are not really bad things, just minor annoyances that reduce me from a Super Satisfied Customer to a Semi-super Satisfied Customer."
