"Horrible experience. Ordered on 9-10-18 items on backorder until 9-25-18 supposedly shipped on 10-4-18 & here we are 15 DAYS 10-19-18 AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING!!! I have emailed 5 times & no response. Just called & no answer says to leave # they will call back!! Looks like I'm out $50 thank god that's all cuz I had $400+ in my cart for Christmas but WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS JOKE OF A BUISNESS AGAIN!! "I do ALOT of online purchasing and this was the worst experience ever. I ordered a product that said it was in stock...specifically for my Halloween set up. Luckily I ordered it at the beginning of September. Then when I got the order it was not the same thing they had displayed online so it wouldn't work for my set up. I had to spend the time and money to switch everything around. So, I email them to get an address to ship this item back and ask for a refund. No response..., email again...no response. So, I turned it into my credit card company and they sided with me. Now that the company doesn't have their money they are calling me threatening to put me in collections because I never returned their item that is now in December and I was not able to use.
Tip for consumers: This is a horrible site. I am now having to fight with them about the return of a product that they sent that was incorrect. the expect that I pay for the return when they knowingly sent me the wrong item. Since I refused to pay for S&H they are sending me to collections and adding an additional $150 on top for having to send me to collections. I will be disputing this with Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian. And I am still having to store a very large doll that is of no use to me."

"Completely AVOID this web site! I wish I had seen the review that was written on this site before I ordered. I placed an order and it took forever for this guy Jeff to get back to me. I ordered items on July 7th and on July 13th I emailed asking if they had shipped. He wrote back and said 1-2 days. On July 22 they finally shipped after I sent an email to cancel and sent a cancellation through their web site. Absolutely no response to my emails. Do not buy from this place. "

"Very Very poor service Called to check on my order and they said due to storm will be a few days, called back a few days later because ups told me they have not touched the package and the store told me ups should get it by Friday or Monday, called back on Monday said you are number one priority as soon as the ups guy picks it up there will be an email sent to you with the tracking number within the next two days. waited but I did not receive a tracking number after being told several times ups would pick it up tomorrow. Called back said should get it by the end of the day if not call us before we calls at 5pm today. The next day When called and left a message (avoid calls) said I want my order or my money back. Then get a call back saying we intercepted your order and refunding your money...
They sure where able to get the money out of my account for the order though...there's more to it this is the short sweet version, I recommend stay as far away from these people as you can.

"Do not trust this website! I ordered a Halloween costume for my eight year old daughter almost four weeks ago. Instead, I get a notice. Not from them, but from PayPal that my money had been refunded and the item was out of stock. Three days before Halloween. This is no way to do business. Repeated calls to customer service was met ever time with voice mail. Thankfully my daughter isn't nearly as upset over this
as I am. Never again will I waste my time or my money with this company. "
"Based on their website promo promising that orders placed before 10/23/13 were guaranteed to be shipped before Halloween I placed my order on 10/22/13 for 4 Santa dresses needed for "White Christmas, the musical" opening 11/16/13. As costumer I thought I had plenty of time for any alterations with this shipping guarantee. I thought WRONG!!! Halloween came, went & I was starting to panic.
I checked online for the status of my order. I called & called & called. I was given excuse after excuse, that the order was being pulled downstairs as we speak, it was being shipped that day, blah, blah, blah!!! My favorite: these dresses are considered Holiday items, not in stock yet as of 11/6 (10 days before my show opens), not in til mid November (after my show opens), yet they took my order on 10/22 with no word to me of any of this until I called & called. Their apathy to my deadline was appalling. Their customer service is horrific, they obviously just don't give a damn or know how to run a business.
The initial shipment via Fed Ex ended up going to FL instead of to IL. Eventually on 11/13/13 they promised to ship another set of 4 dresses to me overnight via US Mail, then waited a day to do that. They also failed to mention that a signature would be required which made me miss delivery on 11/15/13. Thanks to my local post office, who had my mail man come back, I finally got the dresses that day just hours before our final dress rehearsal.
It's a shame LED doesn't know what customer service is because the product was actually very good quality for the price. The girls looked great in the finale, so I'm thankful for that.
I can assure you I will never order from LED again and suggest you steer way clear of this company unless you have no expectation of when you might get your order. Trust me, keep your sanity and stay away. You can probably find something similar somewhere else from a company that knows how to treat its customers. "
