Terrible service! Do not buy from this company!

"I returned an item in June 2022 and still haven't received my refund as of today 11/10/2022. The first time I called them they said because of COVID refund process would take longer. I emailed them a few times since and never got a reply. I've been alerting my friends & family about this company. Very unethical."

Tunturi C30 In Stock But Actually Not In Stock

"Ordering was simple and the price was good on the elliptical I wanted, which showed in stock and would ship within seven days. I waited 10 full business days before I called to find out why it hadn't shipped yet and was told that they were now back ordered and delayed waiting on their vendor. I asked about cancelling the order, considering the fact that it hadn't shipped yet, and was told that the order had been "confirmed" and transferred to their vendor who would ship it direct to me, so no cancellation was possible and they had no way of knowing when or if it would ever ship. I asked why they had listed the item as in stock when they were waiting on their vendor and was told that they list items as in stock when they have orders in place with their vendors, not when they actually receive merchandise.

Lying to customers is a terrible business practice and I will never buy from Leftlane again.

Paid $25 for the privilege of trying on shoes that were too small

"I ordered shoes. The price was great, so I was happy to pay about $9 for shipping. The price was still good. Then however, the problems started. For some reason, the company could not just run my credit card. I have never had that happen. It took several phone calls and several days for the order to go through. Fine. The shoes arrived in a generic box. My husband tried them, they were too small, even though he always wears this size in this brand. We sent them back per USPS for about $7. Then I get a message that there was a "restocking fee" because I did not use the original box. Well, they came in a generic box and I didn't think that mattered. No I spent $25 for the privilege of trying on shoes that were not noted as "run small order one size up" which most sellers post when shoes run small. I will definitely not use this company again. "

Perfectly satisfied

"I ordered a number of items, including Turner T-Levon Shoes, but had to return two items as I'd ordered the wrong size. One further item I couldn't return, but I knew this because it was stated on the order form, so no surprise there. I followed the procedure to obtain my Return Merchandise Authorization, which I received email notification for, sent the goods back, received notification that they'd returned in a very pleasant email (thanks Brittney), and was subsequently reimbursed. I'm using the shoes for HIIT and they're working out very well. In fact I went ahead and ordered two more items in the meantime.
So my experience has been all good. I don't using rating sites very much, but the reviews were somewhat harsh so I wanted to redress this with a positive experience.

Can’t verify my credit card but everyone else can

"I’ve ordered from these guys several times and keep getting the can’t verify cc email. I’ve called them each and every time and they say my cc company is to blame, even though I’ve called my cc fomoany each time and they say they aren’t sure what the problem would be. Fine, if you don’t want me to buy $500 worth of shoes with my valid cc and want to take 24-48 hours to respond after I purchase, be my guest, but I won’t be shopping with your behind the times store any longer. Get with it! This is the only online store I’ve ever had this many issues with. If you still choose to shop there, I wish you the best of luck. Total joke of an operation. There’s a reason they don’t have a huge following, nobody wants to do business like this. Idiots. "

"Purchased an item for $109 then found the same exact item for $99. Not only did they refuse to price match, they lowered their price on line and refused to even match that. Lousy customer care people who played games. Don’t buy from left lane. "

Great Experience and Great Price!!

"I love Balega socks - but they cost about $13 per pair at my local stores and on amazon.com. I usually ONLY order from amazon.com, but the price was so good and they were for my size (Medium) that I figured I would try it out. I got 7 pairs of Balega socks - in my size - wrapped in their original packaging within about a week, for around $22. Other people on here are complaining about the return policy - but I really didn't care about the returns because they were only socks AND their policy was stated all over the website. I feel that if they offered everyone free returns there is no way they could offer such low prices. I am really happy I tried them out! They are definitely some sort of clearance/buy out place, because you never know what they will have have (their inventory changes all the time) and they might not have the size you want in stock (I wanted socks for my husband and son - but they only had my size). I WILL check this place out before amazon.com if I know what I need and know I won't return. I am super happy to have saved $69 on socks!! YEAH :)"

Horrible customer service!

"I purchased a pair of hiking boots, the site says in bright yellow highlight at the top of the page “Free Shipping” and “Free Returns”. It does also say next to it in black “choose store credit”, but when I saw this, I didn’t pay attention because I did not realize that they were referring to the returns; I was not interested in any type of store credit so I did not inquire as to what this meant. The boots are just a bit too large and they no longer have the size I now need. Must pay to ship them back. I called customer service and they said, “yeah you have to pay to ship them back”. I asked if they would make an exception and help me out this one time, and the answer was a firm and simple, “No.”. I emailed their customer service as well, hoping maybe another customer service rep would help me out. They never even responded to my email. Lesson learned: this is my first and last purchase from Left Lane Sports."

I didn't realize I had ordered a harness that was non-returnable

"The harness didn't fit, I hadn't realized when I ordered it that it was non-returnable. I'm sure it said it somewhere, I just was expecting this to be like a normal website where you buy things and then you can return them if the tags are on. This was not the case. How are you to know if a harness you order off a website fits? Now I get to deal with reselling a harness while in the process of moving, and still don't have the harness I need."

"Awful, awful service. They had problems processing card payment, then after many calls and e-mails just canceled the order. I tried again, with other card, and they started to do exactly the same thing. Even if the customer service answer me they were not able to fix anything. So, do not waste your time and choose some other option."

"They won't let you return faulty shoes if they are certain brands. Vittoria shoes are so faulty I guess that they make you call a woman who is over trying to get you to fix them. Was told twice to turn the shoe dial the right way.... Real helpful. "

"Customer service for this company is TERRIBLE! I ordered a bike helmet from Left Lane sports and received an e-mail that the order was processing. After one week I called when I never received a shipping e-mail. I was told that they might not have my helmet to ship and I should wait several more days to see if they could find it in their warehouse. This was after charging my debit card and giving me a confirmation e-mail of my order. I will NEVER order from them again!"

"I ordered an item a few days before Christmas, and was told that it would ship before the holiday. The item was a gift, so it was being shipped to an address other than my billing address. Of course, this meant they had to call me to verify. They called right away, told me it was verified, and that it would ship immediately. My first mistake was believing them. When the end of the next day came around and I had still not received a shipping notification, I called back and was told that it had not even made it to their "verification department" yet, but that it would surely do so that day and ship that evening. I now no longer believe them, so I called at least once a day after that and was always told the same lie, that it would surely ship immediately. Of course, now the holiday rolls around and it has to sit there for 2 more days before it ships. Luckily, the recipient will be in town until after new years, so everything should be OK, right? WRONG. The item did not show up until nearly the second week of January, which was after the recipient had gone out of town. I then had to pay more money to re-ship the item to the recipient again. The item was finally received on 1/16... nearly a month after it was ordered... I'll never order anything from them again."
