"Terrible. I made a small order here with these guys (only equaled out to about $8). My order stayed "processing" for about a week. So I sent them an email asking about how my orders doing. No response. Shrugged this off and waited another week before sending them yet another email. No response. I had even tried calling the number they provided on their website which (without mentioning) was a fax number. I'm guessing they don't want to talk to anyone.
A whole month passes and after a few more messages I finally get a "we'll take care of that for you" response, only to have to wait another two weeks with no new update.
I went to my bank today (6 weeks later) to try and resolve this. The really nice lady that helped me out managed to get in touch with them. They stated they had my emails and would refund "the measly $8 to my account".
Scam. Poor sellers get poor reviews."
"What a disaster. I ordered in February, but have yet to receive shipment--It's now September. I contacted them by phone a few times, and always talk to the same guy. very nice, but no follow through. I have a slew of emails back and forth full of broken promises. In fact, in August he claims to have shipped, but he can't seem to find the USPS Priority Mail tracking number. He promised to send another joystick and email me a tracking number "tomorrow" but that was almost 2 weeks ago. Still nothing. It's a shame, but it looks like I'm the victim of a scam."
"There's not much I can say that hasn't already been said. The Atari 2600 USB joystick from Legacy is fabulous. I bought two of them and am using it on an XP machine with the latest version of Stella (2600 emulator). There was no setup or calibrating needed in windows, it was literally "plug & play". I could not recommend this item enough as a gift for any retro gamer enthusiast. High quality, dependable and very fun to use."

"Joysticks arrived very quickly. I ordered 2 of them. They look and feel just like the way the original Atari controllers were when I was younger.
They plugged right into my USB jacks and the computer instantly recognized them. I am now able to play Atari 2600 games through my StellaX emulator and play arcade games with MAME - these joysticks make all of the difference and I'm very happy with the quality and how quickly they arrived.
