I usually get survey when the company is repairing bad business.
On this one, I would mark ALL Excellent and a bunch of paragraphs on how you (Shae) personally went out of your way to save the Gray family's Maui Vacation. We bought 2 size booties, size(10)and one of them was way too big and needed to be an (8) for Mom.
I asked Shae to send /FWD this to your supervisor as per customer request. Instead she sentme a survey. Awesome!
If Shae hadn't suggested we do this reorder. Most likely we would have been down 1 set of booties by our departure when the replacement arrived after she explained how their company's system worked on returns.
Customer Service is the most important part of a business. It either makes you look good or bad. That is what customers tell their friends when they go to buy products. Leisure Pro is a very good company that seems to have all employees trained in sync to help customers and be looking out for their best interest. My local dive shop didn't even do that, instead I feel they overcharged me high prices for used fins.
Congrats Shae on stepping up and being a staff member that shines for your company that employs you.
