"All Good with your Team and etc. but my mask arrive in a box that must have entered the bowels of Hell and survived. I am really surprised the Mask made it. The tape was torn on both seams and holes in the box. It seems the cardboard they used for the box was substandard. You might give them a call. I have pictures of the box if you need them."

After finally receiving the exchanged item LP sent me the wrong item yet again after being assured they would check the item before it was shipped. LP’s customer service tried hard to make it right but they’re shipping department has let them down again. Looks like I revised my review prematurely

On this order, I received the wrong item. On my last order i was sent a defective product. What is going on at LeisurePro? I'm starting to feel guilty for neglecting my LDS. Your customer Service center does not even understand the products they are supporting, nor can they do much about the issues other than issue a return label to which I then have to wait until you get the product back before you will send the "CORRECT" item. I had planned on testing this product before it got any colder. Now I have to wait until spring.

After a small issue with returning for an exchange, I called customer service who was very easy to work with and quickly solved my issue. I mentioned that I was going on a trip in a little over 1 week and was worried about receiving the replacement fins in time. They shipped the out the next day and I received them 2 days later. They fit perfectly and I can’t wait to try them out. Would not hesitate to order from this company again. "
